Steven Lane Golden, age 47, of Nancy passed away Monday, June 30, 2008 in Stearns, Kentucky.

He was born on October 15, 1960 in Piqua, Ohio to the late Ben and Wyona Wright Golden. He was a motorcycle mechanic for V-Twin Cycles, a United States Marine Corps veteran, and of the Baptist faith. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and the outdoors. He was family oriented.

Mr. Golden is survived by his fiancée, Tammy Bybee of Nancy, KY; a son, Brandon Golden of Nancy, KY; three daughters, Alysha Golden and Melissa Golden, both of South Carolina, and Tara Golden of Nancy, KY; two brothers, Bennie (and Sandy) Golden of Eubank, KY and Chris (and Missy) Golden of Paris, KY; two sisters, Diane (and Roger) Jones of Stearns, KY and Frances (and Keith) Wriston of West Virginia; and a grandchild pending.

Preceding him death were his parents.

Visitation for Mr. Golden will be Saturday, July 5, 2008 at 11:00am at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home at 1:00 pm.  Burial will follow in the Sherd–Dobbs Cemetery, McCreary County, KY
