Melissa Ann Burton, age 34, of Somerset, KY passed away Friday, September 2^nd, 2010 at her residence.

Ms. Burton was born in Somerset, KY on March 4th, 1976 to Mr. Johnny Burton & Ms. Elaine Cook. She was of the Baptist Faith

Ms. Burton is survived by her father; Johnny Burton of Somerset, KY, her mother; Elaine Cook of Monticello, KY, a paternal grandmother; Betty Burton of Somerset, KY, a half-brother; John Michael & (Staci) Burton of Bristol, TN, two sisters; Joanie Burton of Somerset, KY, April & (Bruce) Hatcher of Monticello, KY, several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and all of her Adanta Family.

Ms. Burton is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather; Mark Burton, and her maternal grandparents; James & (Jewell) Cook.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 7^th, 2010 at 11:00am at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Melissa Ann Burton will be held on Tuesday, September 7^th, 2010 at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home at 1:00pm with Bro. Johnny Dunbar officiating. Interment will follow in the Saline Baptist Church Cemetery.
