Zelma
Keeney, age 92, of Somerset, passed away on Sunday, August
24, 2008 at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home.
She
was born on March 30, 1917 in the Beech Grove community of
Pulaski County to the late Talmage and Minnie Hall Keeney.
She was a caregiver and member of the Old Fashion Faith
Baptist Church.
She
is survived by a niece, Sandra (and Tony) Claunch of
Somerset.
Preceding
her in death were her parents; a son, David Keeney; a
brother, Huelon Keeney; and sister-in-law, Georgia Keeney.
Visitation
for Zelma Keeney will be Thursday, August 28th
after 11:00 am at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
Funeral
service will be Thursday, August 28th at 1:00
pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Rev.
Gene Wells officiating.
Burial will follow in the Science Hill Cemetery.
