He was a former employee of Ohio Valley Ready Mix, a member of the American Legion Post 335, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Mr. Keith is survived by his wife, Shelia Delk Keith; a daughter, Katelynde E. Keith, Charlestown, IN; a son, Gregory Keith, Charlestown, IN; his parents, Robert and Barbara Ellen Keith of Bronston, KY; two sisters, Patty (& John) Palmer, of Bronston, KY, and Kimberly (& Kenny) Strunk, of Bronston, KY; four brothers, Gary Keith, Bronston, KY, Brent Keith, Charlestown, IN, Mike Keith, Bronston, KY, Phil Keith, of Charlestown, IN; several nieces and nephews; and a beloved dog and friend, Max.

Graveside services for David A. Keith will be held on Friday, February 8, 2008 at Jacob-Mayfield Cemetery in Bronston, KY. Military Honors conducted by American Legion Post #38 Honor Guard.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2008 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, IN.
