Edward
Lee Ross, age 75, of Nancy passed away Friday,
February 15, 2008 at Lake Cumberland Regional
Hospital.
He
was born in Lincoln County on June 2, 1932 to the
late John D & Alice Sams Ross.
He
was retired from General Motors. A member of the
Siever’s Masonic Lodge Nancy, KY. He enjoyed
fishing, UK basketball, boating and playing corn
hole. A member of the American Legion Post # 38 and
of the Baptist faith.
He
is survived by his wife, Lois Wvonne Hurst Ross whom
he married July 3, 1954 in Brodhead, KY; a son, Gary
Lee & Geri Lynn Ross, Hamilton, OH; a daughter,
Toni & Mike Glisson, Norwood, OH; 4
grandchildren, Rebecca Ross, Jessica Ross, Allison
Glisson, Austin Glisson and 2 great grandchildren,
Delanie Grubbs, Carly Grubbs.
Along
with his parents he is preceded in death by 3
brothers, Hardin, Harlan, Joe B. Ross.
Memorial
services for Edward Lee Ross will be held on Monday,
February 18, 2008 at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland
Funeral Home at 11:00am with Bro Albert McKinney
officiating. Military honors will be
conducted by American Legion Post # 38 Honor Guard.
Visitation
will be held on Monday, February 18, 2008 at 9:00am
at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
